Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• UAE: 1 day

• Rest of the GCC: 2–4 days

• Europe and the Far East: 2–4 days

• Africa and North America: 3–6 days

• South America and Australia: 4–7 days

The exact estimated delivery time and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping and Customs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges as applicable.

Damaged Deliveries

Items damaged in transit must be reported through your Parts Monkey customer account within 1 business day of delivery. Photographs or video evidence of the item, packaging and shipping label may be required. Parts Monkey will ensure a favourable resolution.

Incorrect Deliveries

If Parts Monkey sends the wrong item, we will cover the applicable return shipping and customs charges.

If the customer orders the wrong item, the return will be subject to approval.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and customs charges.

All return requests must be raised through your Parts Monkey customer account within 4 business days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete return and refund terms.
