returning an item. 
⏳ The Golden Rule 
● Return Window: All return requests must be raised from your Parts Monkey customer 
account within 4 business days of delivery.

shipping and customs charges. 
Damaged in Transit  Parts Monkey  Must be reported within 1 
business day of delivery. We 
will ensure a favorable

Item Condition Requirements

● Original Packaging: Items returned without their original box/packaging may not be 
eligible for a refund. 
● Unused Only: Used or "attempted to be used" parts cannot be returned unless you can 
prove it was absolutely necessary to do so (e.g., to test for an inherent defect). 

Refunds & Currency 

●Processing Time: We process your refund the same day your return is approved, or the day we receive the item back at our parts center. 
● Bank Clearance: How long the money takes to hit your account depends entirely on your bank's processing times. 
● Exchange Rates: All financial settlements are calculated using the bank-approved currency conversion rate of that specific day.
